naturalization

Reliably and quickly obtain a German passport.

Don't wait several years to see if your naturalization will work out. We will get you to your destination quickly and reliably.

In Germany, some immigration authorities require you to wait several years without a lawyer before they make a decision on your application for a German passport. Many applications are rejected after the waiting period. In many cases, an appeal to the administrative court is necessary.

We can help you obtain a German passport quickly and reliably, regardless of whether you have already submitted the application or not.

If you have not yet submitted an application:

  • We will advise you before you submit your application and check your details and documents.
  • We prepare the application for you and submit it as a law firm to the immigration authorities.
  • We check your details and documents so that the immigration authorities can make a decision more quickly and have fewer queries.
  • We take care of communication with the immigration authorities for you.
  • We ensure that the immigration authorities apply the law correctly.
  • If the foreigners authority takes too long to make a decision, we will go to court on your behalf and ensure that the foreigners authority makes a decision more quickly (action for failure to act).

Avoid the following mistakes that could jeopardize your naturalization:

You commit a criminal offense

Anyone who commits a criminal offence can often no longer be naturalized. If the police investigate you for a criminal offence during the naturalization process, naturalization can no longer be carried out while the investigation is ongoing. Make sure that you do not get into trouble with the police during the naturalization process.

You lose your job

People who lose their job are often no longer able to support themselves. The immigration authorities will then make a negative decision. During the naturalization process, make sure that your job remains stable and that you earn enough money.

You move during the procedure

If you move to another city during the naturalization process, in the worst case scenario, the application for naturalization may have to be resubmitted because a different immigration authority is responsible. Make sure that you do not move to another city during the naturalization process. Moving within the same city is not a problem.

Your children get poor grades at school

If your children receive a grade lower than 4 in the school subjects German and History / Politics / Social Studies, your children cannot be naturalized. This often delays naturalization for the whole family. During the naturalization process, make sure that your children make an effort at school and get good grades, especially in German and history / politics / social studies.

How reliable is it that I can get a German passport?

Whether you can obtain a German passport depends on whether you meet all the requirements for naturalization under the Citizenship Act. We check your documents legally before they are submitted to the authorities. As a result, we have a very high success rate of getting you naturalized. If we see any risks, we will explain them to you and discuss the strategic procedure with you. If problems arise during the process, we will help you find a solution.

What happens if I am not naturalized?

In very rare cases, it happens that our clients are not naturalized. In such cases, we will discuss the next steps with you individually.

What is an action for failure to act?

An action for failure to act is a complaint to the administrative court in accordance with § 75 VwGO. By filing an action for failure to act, the court ensures that the immigration authority decides on your case more quickly. In the case of an action for failure to act, additional costs are incurred for the lawyer's work and the court's work. We will inform you about the costs to be expected in your case.
